The IT Professionals Co-operative Society is an organization which is member driven and is focussed on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collective growth in the information technology sector.
The IT Professionals Co-operative Society, registered under the proactive regulatory control of the Government of Kerala, is a unique organisation established under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969. This Act ensures we operate in a legally approved framework and applies democratic principles to everything we do. Everything we do will be transparent and focused on the members of the society as well as their collaborative and community emphasis.
Since our formation, we were always going to try to build a population of IT professionals as wide and as strong as possible over Kerala and beyond, where collaboration and the openness of knowledge works. We believe strongly in the power of co-operation to solve similar challenges, leveraging new opportunities, and die out sustainable innovation, especially in the ever-changing technology space. Everything we do as a true member-driven society is directed for the benefit of our members and their ability to innovate and thrive.
In addition, our commitment includes establishing a comprehensive environment that promotes the type of purposeful affinity and networking among peers, along with seasoned industry professionals, that has not seen such opportunities for growth before in any industry. The members of All IT Professionals Co–operative Society are committed to offering opportunities to enhance skill sets and promote members‘ growth through various workshops, training opportunities, and collaborative projects. We always are looking to offer resources and ongoing support for holistic professional development to ensure that our membership is best–prepared to face the challenges of and embrace the opportunities of the IT world today. The importance of our also being an active organization held together in the spirit of cooperating through the cooperative principles of voluntary and open membership, democratic member control, member economic participation, autonomy and independence, education, training and information, cooperation among cooperatives, and concern for the community should not be underestimated we are not an organization, we are a collective seeking to connect, enhance and prosper with the IT professionals across the state.
