Every service is provided on an agreed-upon mutually agreed project proposal, quotation or service contract. Users must submit precise and complete information when accessing our services and must not use our platforms to conduct any illegal and unauthorized actions. ITPCOS has exclusive right over all intellectual property, such as our Web site, graphics, code, designs, documents and branding. Violations of using, duplicating, or distributing any material without written permission are highly forbidden.

ITPCOS is a company that provides professional service delivery and makes all efforts in order to ensure that the quality, continuity and confidentiality of the operations is upheld. But we are not responsible in terms of delays, interruptions, and damages caused by unpredictable technical problems, force majeure, or third-party service failures (internet failures, hosting failures, or API restrictions). Services should be paid according to the agreed schedules and refund request is to be provided under the approval of the service status and project developments. Client information and records that we receive in the course of the works are highly confidential, and the referred staff members and associates follow the policy of non-disclosure and professional code of conduct. The external tools like Zoho, Shiprocket, Google, or AWS that perform the integrations have their own independent policy the responsibility of which is not the direct responsibility of ITPCOS. Any legal, or other issues of disagreement surrounding our use of the Indian site or services will be under the laws of India, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kerala State Courts.
